Reporter Krishnan Guru-Murthy and director Paul Kittel meet the television journalist in Sicily risking his life to expose the Mafia bosses whose tentacles still reach far into almost every aspect of life. Attacks on the media who report on the Mafia have increased significantly over the last year, and many journalists have to live with constant police protection. Unreported World follows the staff of a campaigning local television station who refuse to be intimidated.
