Megastructures: Bahrain World Trade Centre World Trade Centre Bahrain is featured as a rising symbol of achievement and a reflection of the region’s fastest-growing economy, the WTC Bahrain will be the world’s newest landmark and has already established a landmark low carbon environmental achievement. The site for the Bahrain World Trade Centre is prestigiously located on the main King Faisal Highway in Manama, Bahrain. The Megastructure Episode on the BWTC is a documentary series about pioneering engineering projects of awe-inspiring scale, from their conception, through the painstaking process of design, to the incredible reality of the finished megastructure. As a rising symbol of achievement and a reflection of the region\'s fastest-growing economy, the World Trade Centre Bahrain will be the world\'s newest landmark. It comprises two sail-shaped towers, each rising to 240 metres in height and supporting the centre\'s integrated Norwn wind turbines.
