[edit] Information
Vet Fabian Rivers reveals how the pandemic has triggered a boom in demand for puppies, something he has witnessed first-hand through his work at a small veterinary practice in Birmingham. Fabian explores the huge price tags for some puppies and what draws people to popular breeds, unpacking some of the hereditary health and welfare issues the breeds face. He also introduces prospective owners to the RSPCA so they can learn the best practice when buying a new puppy, and hears from owners about their experiences of breeding their own dogs.
