Based on the idea that sex can save the world, Berlin's Fuck For Forest charity raises money for their environmental cause by selling home-made porn films on the internet. From the streets of Berlin to the depths of the Amazon, together they are on a planet-saving mission to buy a piece of forest and save the indigenous peoples from the sick, sick West. Fuck for Forest film premiered in Poland on 13 October 2012 at the Warsaw Film Festival, where it won Best Documentary. It premiered in the United States at the South by Southwest Film Festival on 8 March 2013. In 2013 it was also nominated for the Sheffield Green Award as part of Sheffield Doc/Fest, and received a Special Mention.
