Tony Flatman and Julian Meek, Wales' two most unlikely press barons, attempt to relaunch the Abertillery Dynamic, one of the Valleys' last free local newspapers. They originally started the paper four years ago, with the aim of holding power to account, and combined opinion pieces with regular features such as `Sheep of the Week" and pub reviews. But after just 36 editions, worn out and broke, they were forced to close down. Can they make a go of it this time round?
