Hundreds of thousands of Rohingya Muslims have fled from Myanmar to Bangladesh, driven from their homes by the Burmese army and local Buddhist civilians. Many other Rohingyas have been murdered and their villages burned. Gabriel Gatehouse has been to a refugee camp in Bangladesh to hear from survivors of a massacre in the village of Tula Toli.
